Sandy has a passion for helping people live a healthy life. She has dedicated over a decade studying the relationship between food, overall health and well-being, She shares that knowledge as a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, nutrition educator, and chef. As a health coach she guides clients through the process of creating a vision for their health and well-being, developing a healthy mindset and healthy habits, encouraging them every step of the way until they accomplish their goals. It is heart-centered healthcare.
Sandy has hosted health and wellness salons where she’s curated and interviewed speakers expert in the field. She’s taught private and group classes and was able to combine her love of cooking and her passion for nutrition in a way that was inspiring making everyday healthy choices fun, easy and sustainable.
As an avid yogi, Sandy’s practice is a permanent part of her life, recognizing the meditative and stress reducing effects it has. She is a national board certified health and wellness coach. Sandy has a Bachelor’s degree from NYU and attended Bauman College where she studied Nutrition Education. Ever curious, she continues her education at health conferences always gaining new knowledge.
